Frames are BAD, that combined with the colours makes it a very 90's/frontpage style
website hosting.
If your planning on using your
website hosting to sell computing services and make a profit then you definately need to look at getting something a little more professional. If its still just a hobby though then its unlikely it will get many visitors so the design isnt so much of an issue - content though, is key!
