I do apologize for delays in this reply we do regularly check the forums for new posts but have been rushed off our feet due to new upgrades.

The forums are dead due to only being launched 27th September but we do hope they will pick up.

We are constantly upgrading our systems and we do host over 2000 customer website hostings the reason your ID is only 70 is because of new software installs.

Please do not worry we are not a cow boy company and do provide you with the highest possible service you should expect from a web hosting provider.
