I run a transport business in the Midlands, and on the 17/04/07, my domain names were stolen and
website hostings went down.
I had my
website hosting advertised in the com and co.uk formats.
As expected, the police said it was a civil matter.
The names were registered several years ago and on line for about 4 years.
Renewal was not due until Oct 2008.
I've searched 'whois and nominet, no jot.
The domain name registrant states that my password/etc must have been hacked.
What can i do as I am losing business that took years to buld up.
