over the past 14 days, my
website hosting has been down more often than an impotent old man. Nearly every time i try to contact the online supprt department, i usually never get through, however if i goto the sales department, i can always get through straight away.
Im told constantly that this wont happen again etc etc, and it invariably does.
Do you not have mailing lists? how long does it take to CC an e-mail to all clients on a server? Ive had just about enough of this, i dont care wether or not your improvinmg the servers or adding more security, why can you not shedule it, and inform your customers first??????????????????????????????
once more, and i swear i`m gonna shift host, normally the service is fine, but lately ive been pissed around that much, i`m sick of it.
do something about it!
