Ok - well it's late here so I'll hope to see everything fine by the morning - but please don't let anyone send a response to my ticket like the ones I normally get e.g. "all
website hostings are working fine." I would like to have a breakdown of what the problem was and an assurance that it won't be repeated. I appreciate the workload of your support staff but there are times when I'm sure if my ticket is read properly the solution would be arrived at much faster. Anyhow - lets see what tomorrow brings.
