It could sell for a
massive amount more than that. I've seen what I consider quite useless names go for masses of money. It's ridiculous, if you think about it.
However, acquiring such a domain does have its advantages - the main being as eukhost.com said - the ability to raise huge funds with little effort. Selling such a domain would not be a difficult job, as there are so many potential buyers out there who are so easy to reach.
