A late comment if I may, if I've understood this dilemma correctly? Surely the sensible thing to do as an account holder, whether it's a single account, a reseller account or a
dedicated server account, is to use an email address NOT hosted within your eUKhost account as your means of communication with eUKhost!
I suggest using a Gmail account (but there's plenty of choice from others like Hotmail, Yahoo etc) ...
