I signed up for a
VPS Hosting package just over a week ago at the same time as transferring my domain name
www.fimpmedia.com to the EUKHOST from REG-123. As REG-123 are one of the worst hosts I have ever used the transfer did not do so smoothly. I still can not use my package and I have not received any feedback for a while.
Today REG-123 send me an email with an auth code in. I have sent this email to the support desk but I have not heard anything back. Could someone please get in touch?
I have tried phoning your 24 X 7 free phone number but I keep getting cut off.
