When I started this question I though t I had an issue with Zonealarm and WHM/Cpanel. However now I think its more general. I'm not quite sure where an appropriate place would be to post the question (suggestions gratefully received!) so hope its ok here.
I have had problems with logging into both WHM and Cpanel for my reseller account. The pages take forever to load, and none of the images appear (just he red crosses inside small boxes in the top left of image area).
The only thing I could think of that could be affecting it was Zone Alarm - which I installed a few weekes ago. So I closed down Zone Alarm, and hey presto the images all appaear now when I refresh the pages, and speed is back to normal.
Then, I just discovered that actually is is affecting *all* images on the URL - i.e. when I browse to the main
website hosting (rather than using whm or cpanel) if Zonealarm is running, the images do not display, whereas if Zonealarm has been stopped, all is OK.
Please can anyone offer an explanation or tip that will allow me to configure ZoneAlarm so this doesnt happen?
I am beginning to come to the conclusion I need to dump this product as it is causing more problems than its solving... any comments advice gratefully received!
