I thought though, and feel free to correct me if I am wrong, that there have been loads of legal cases recently regarding domains that resemble popular products or companies.
For example, if I had registered windowsvista.com with the intention of fleecing Microsoft for thousands to get it they could just take you to court and demand it back for infringment on trademark or something couldnt they?
I've heard of loads of these cases, I'll try and find a specific example!
