Hey,

Sometimes this happens if "Mailenable POP service" is down. So please confirm it and you can restart the service from "RDP >> Plesk Service monitor >> Mailserver >> Mailenable POP service >> restart".

If the problem still exists then, better to email to support because their are many posibilities which causes this problem.
