I like the Flash header but it could do with portraying pictures of asia, also your header width does not match your content width (not in IE7 anyway).
Too many Google Adsense, One bar would be fine. At least try and make them blend into your
website hosting more, so it looks like part of the content.
The "Asia View" images section seems to be a waste of screen space as it seems to be the same for every page and not link to anywhere.
Overall I like the design and like the darker colours (although not to everyone's taste). The key now is to fix any major design floors, then focus on content as this is what will give your repeat visitors.
