I would recommend the support via MSN Chat, they can answer 99% of your issue's almost straight away. Any issue's they cannot solve will be forwarded onto the relevant department.

As I have mentioned in a previous post. I have not had good experience with telephone suppor but who needs that when you have MSN Chat
