Yup I'm in Darling Harbour, Sydney at present though will soon be returning back to the UK and the joys of work. :)
Santosh, that's amazing you find the correct location :) Eidolon, don't miss to visit "Opera House", Wish you wonderful day! :)
With the small light-house in the right and the bridge! I checked Google Images for "maritime museum", and then looked for such structures in the images. Only the Sydney's pics matched what I was looking for...
Google "Cyb-AIRlines" took me there and got me everything in just about 10 minutes max! :D
Eidolon, thanks for the fun! Have fun & Enjoy all of Sydney... the city, I mean :)
Today I did the bridge climb, taking the newer 'discovery climb' which goes through the steel work before going up. I then went to the Opera House for a tour around, and shall be watching a show tomorrow night. There's a fair bit still to pack into the next few days before catching the long flight home.
You are some where near 30A Lime St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia
(possibly near the junction of Erskine street and the Lime Street) when the photo is taken, also, from a much higher floor (about 7th or 8th)?
try putting the " 30A Lime St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia" in Google Maps.
Also see the Satellite View and the Street View.
That's the correct angle the photo is taken.
The Four Points Sheraton mentioned above isn't the correct spot, Sorry :D
GPS, wireless technology and google map features make everything reachable through mapping.
Yes! It makes me think that the teleporting things to other places, and then one day, even ourselves to any place on earth (not using today's vehicles of course :D) can possibly be the next technology upgrades! :)
