yes, typing on the eUKhost forums - although not to excess otherwise you might get RSI!!! Also lifting drink to mouth and then back to table is also quite a good one :D.

Erm, well you could also try the feet exercises they show you on planes to combat DVT. That way you can exercise your feet and legs while still at the computer! ;).

Yep, we wouldn't want an frivilous law suits against eUKhost 30 years down the line due to not adding the RSI clause - "We want you to enjoy eUKhost responsibly" ;). lol.
Its a bit like when they put on alcohol - "Please drink responsibly" - do you think for ONE second this is what the company really thinks? If it was what they really thought it would be "Please drink this drink till you are paralytic, preferably most days of your life, and ignore the whole under 18s can't drink law - start drinking from 5 years old please. If everybody does this our profits will sky rocket, we will get big fat bonuses and all expenses paid holidays and when you need a liver transplant the NHS will sort everything out" - Do you think that would fit on a bottle? ;).

Yes, I think I've lost a substantial part of my life to it ;).
Nothing to stop you from going cycling. I mean provided that you have an iPhone 3G with you that you can use to read the eUK forums whilst cycling. :D

Cycle lanes still don't protect you from the weather, bad drivers or inconsiderate road users ;). And plus even if they did - they are precious few cycle lanes!
There is always a shortcut road if no cycle lane. :)
