Default 100 % Customer Satisfaction - Whatever It Takes!

Dear Customers,

In the past few weeks, a lot of difficult questions about the quality, or should I say, the lack of quality in the technical support department, have been raised. We have had customers reporting incidents of huge delays in resolving trivial issues as well as lack of elaborations and explanations in support tickets. There have also been complaints of live-support not being very helpful at times and delays in getting replies from the technical executives. We also had an incident which is even more concerning - that is, the actual issues not being addressed and instead some other unrelated issue being fixed has also been reported.

At eukhost, we certainly would not like even a single customer to be dis-satisfied with our technical support and customer service. We will do whatever it takes to ensure that all issues, troubles, grievances and doubts are resolved as soon as possible to the fullest satisfaction of each customer. Live-chat is and will always be the fasted mode of contacting technical support and getting your issue noticed. This is simply because you will be chatting live with our support staff. We are working on minimizing response times for all support board tickets too. Currently, all tickets raised are replied to in about an hour from the time it is submitted. However, in the past couple of weeks, a few customers have reported incidents where their tickets have not been responded to for upto 4 hours. EUKhost management will go to any length to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
