Hello again! Thanks for the quick response. Just two more questions (sorry if these seem silly!).

1. You mentioned above that the link has to be displayed for 4 months on at least 3 pages. Just to clarify, does the link have to be displayed 4 months prior to being eligible and applying for the offer (opening the ticket) or just as long as it remains up for 4 months.

2. I am a few months of renewal of my package - can I open the ticket now even though the renewal is not for a few months or do I have to do it closer to the renewal?

Oh and just one more thing!! The pages on my website hosting go through constant transition (getting modified, deleted and new pages created) as I am sure a lot of website hostings are. Does it matter if the 3 links move to different pages from time to time?

You will need to keep the links active for 4 months after you get discount from us. If we find that those were removed then we will send invoice of the discounted price

It wont be a problem if the links or banners get moved due to changes but those should not be hidden pages with no access from the main page.

Oh no, I'm not trying to pull a fast one!

The links would definitely be accessible and visible for the 4 months!

So can I open a ticket now for the discount even though my renewal is 6 months off. Does that mean that I can get a 20% discount off my current hosting year seen as though the links are on now?

As Robert had mentioned that the discount would be for renewal only so you need to wait till renewal. You can open a ticket anytime to add discount on your package as that will take care of making necessary changes in the invoice before it gets generated.
