I develop/maintain a website for a registered charity on a volunteer basis and am looking to move from our current hosts where reliability has been a problem.

Does the 50% discount apply to subsequent renewals or only to the initial annual subscription?

Btw, reading the post again I see the discount doesn't apply to Windows Standard Reseller hosting. When I asked on your Live Chat I was told...

Our livechat support staff has no knowledge of coupons as their basic job is to help customers with technical or billing related problems and somewhat pre-sales only.

I had mentioned in my post that you should contact the sales department from our helpdesk as coupons or discounts are planned by sales department only and support people have nothing to do with those offers.

We have isolated our support staff from sales information but its much better for them to remain focussed on their job.

50% discount applies on annual renewals as well for Charities. This coupon is available for shared hosting only and we don't expect charity organizations to purchase a reseller account to resell hosting.
