Nah I doubt it, the EUKHost guys are pretty fair and honest. Any time I've had any quams in the past I've had plenty of help instantly.

I don't think they would trick you.

Thats a Sales strategy to attract potential customers. We will bear the initial cost of transfer but once we have the customer then he / she becomes our lifetime customer unless they need to cancel for some personal problem.

Regards,
Mark.

I'm still trying to get eUKhost to sort out my domain transfer after three or four weeks. Sometimes the support is excellent and they fix things at once, but at other times they let things drag on and don't let me know what's happening.

Domain Transfer issues get complicated sometimes as more than 2 Hosts / Registrar's are involved in the process.

Our job is to request customer to unlock the domain if its a .com / .net / .org or /.info and to change the IPS tags to our IPS tags if its a .uk domain and we open a transfer request from our end. If your old registrar rejects our request or you dont respond to our request on the email that is sent to the whois contact then things get complicated.

I would request you to keep in contact with us if you dont see your domain getting transferred in less than 3 days as finding out actual reason for failure of transfer gets very complicated after that and you need to work with our staff as well as old registrar to get it sorted.
