Kernel Upgrade on all servers.
Most of the Linux servers worldwide had root exploit issues with kernel version below 2.6.17.6. We had similar threat on most of our servers and kernel was upgraded on all servers to avoid this problem.
Some servers failed to boot with the new Kernel and manual reboot was performed on those servers. We apologise for the inconvenience this must have caused but the upgrade was important for security of servers.
Please feel free to contact our helpdesk for further clarification.
