The eUKHost management has kick-started a redeployment process to improve the working abilities of the staff, thereby raising the standard of the support & service provided to our loyal clientele. In conjunction to this, we recently carried out a very in-depth, exhaustive & strict assessment of all the junior staff members. This included technical assessment for our junior support team, assessment of products & webhosting knowledge for our pre-sales & sales team & an assessment of the billing proceedures, payment gateway knowledge & policies for our billing staff. Over & above this, all the employees also were put through a rigorous test where their knowledge & awareness of eUKHost's policies & operations were analyzed.
We are pleased to inform that most of our newly recruited & existing junior staff came through in good colours. The thresholds were set at a very high standard. An exhaustive questionnaire was to be answered & described in not more than 60 minutes. The minimum percentage to be achieved was set at 60%. Fifteen out of Thirty-Two Junior Staff Members were able to achieve that cut-off. We have put up a select list of questions on display for public viewing. This is not a one-time exercise. Infact, this is just the first part of our redeployment process. We are doing this to sustain the levels of quality we have been able to dish out untill now.
