No, as eUKhost have said, this is only a temporary measure until all accounts are secure and there passwords comply with the new rules. If only the last section of your IP address changes then you could possibly get them to add the static section with a wildcard at the end (if that is safe and possible).
eUKhost have already said that when all accounts are secured global FTP access will be restored. I'm not sure how far away off this is but knowing how fast eUKhost has solved problems in the past, I shouldn't imagine it will be too long off.

There's a good news and you should check domain registration status of huyamilka.com

Registration of this domain has been suspended now and thats a huge achievement for us. earlier I got their data deleted from their server with Russian Datacenter so they moved to another provider with new nameservers and IPs. now the domain name has been suspended from registry so its all over with huyamilka.com
They wont think of such kind of injections again in future. I've found thousands of injected website hostings in their database so now all those website hostings will be safe even with the injection.

You can change it through cPanel in the "FTP Manager".

Still didn't change the connecting ftp password for the account. I can see the Main Account, but no password change options exist.

In the new cPanel (which I think everyone is on now arn't they?) you got to "FTP Accounts". Then go down to where it says "Account Management". You should see each account you have and in the "Functions" column it says "Change Password" as the second option.

They have suffered huge setback due to this suspension. They were expecting huge traffic on their website hosting as they injected more than 10k website hostings on many servers ( not just eUK ). Now they lost their domain so its a huge setback for them.
They also lost their database which had list of all website hostings with FTP usernames and passwords.

if i knew all this was going on it woulda saved me alot of mouse slamming, drop an email linking to the messageboard post next time!

lol, surly when you contacted support they informed you of this? Or were you just trying to fix it by yourself. From what I understand it was a bit of an emergency measure to make sure accounts were not compromised.

Has the ftp access been disabled again? I had managed to connect previously (after the initially disable) but cannot connect this morning.

I've not had any problems myself, are you getting any error messages? If able open up Command Prompt (Start->Programs->Accessories) and type in...
ipconfig /flushdns
...might help in forcing things to reset, then attempt to connect. If that fails send a support ticket or use livechat to see if support are able to connect to your FTP at their end.

Yes, as far as I am aware FTP access is available to all again (but you will have to wait till someone from eUKhost comes here and confirms it 100%). I have had normal FTP access recently. Maybe the FTP was just down temporarily. Have you tried again now?

Can't even get cpanel open at the mo to change passwords.
