Hi,
I provide virtual tours for solicitors and estate agents for online viewing, and the latest software from Easypano will not run when I upload the files to my web server (linux).
My present hosting provider is unable to add a MIME extension (.vt) and now refuse to take any active part in resolving the issue with me.
This latest edition of the Easypano software has been reconfigured to operate naitively on Windows 2003 Servers and is based on Java. If signing up with you, and if the tours dont run properly, will EUK add the MIME extention to the windows server. My bandwidth is under 5Gb and propose to sign to your bronze package initially.

I am sorry for having missed this thread yesterday as this week has been very busy for me and I completely missed it when the senior windows system admin was here.

I have given link to this thread to one of our windows system admin and he will reply shortly.

Adding MIME extension on the server will not be a problem at all.

All we need is the extension & the MIME type. ( eg: .mp4 = video/mp4 )
