ASP hosting & Uptime questions.

I'm considering transferring the 2 domains I currently host to this website hosting, but I have a few questions.

1) Do you support the ASP.NET Ajax extensions?

2) What has your uptime record been over the past 12 months?

3) If the service is as advertised but I later realise it does not meet my needs due to something I've failed to anticipate, would I still be covered by the money back guarentee?
