A couple of Hosting questions...

A)
I currently have a cubecart store hosted elswhere but need somewhere that supports SSL etc so as i can use the google checkout mod.
Please see below the FAQ info included with the mod:

Question: I receive the following error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: domxml_new_doc() in…..
Answer: Enable the domxml extension
Windows: in php.ini: extension=php_domxml.dll
Unix compile with: -with-dom

Question: I receive the following error.
We encountered an error trying to access your server at
https://yourserver/store/modules/gat...eHandler.php--
The error we got is:
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed:
sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderE xception: unable to find
valid certification path to requested target
Answer: A valid certificate is mandatory for Google Checkout. Self-made ones are not accepted.


Will hosting my store here eliminate these errors?

I have purchased a SSL certificate from godaddy.com, can this be installed also?

C)
Will i be able to export my cubecart databases and import them with little or no issues?

D)
I know very little about what is required, so please bear with me

Welcome to the forum. I have answered your questions below

A) domxml extension is enabled on our servers. Since you are going to use a valid SSL certificate from GoDaddy you shouldn't get those errors.

B) I have purchased a SSL certificate from godaddy.com, can this be installed also?

Yes.

C) Will i be able to export my cubecart databases and import them with little or no issues?

Yes, there shouldn't be any issues with that.
