Hi!
I just signed up to have my existing domain transferred to EUKHost. I paid my first year by PayPal, and got a confirmation from PayPal for the payment, but so far have received no email from EUKHost about signing in, Control Panel etc...
I understand that it will take a while for nameservers to be updated, etc... but I did expect at least a "Welcome to EUKHost" message!

I think accounts are set up manually, by a person. Therefore it might not happen instantly.

I got a couple of emails after all! They'd been blocked by my spam filter!

cpanel shared hosting and cpanel reseller hosting accounts are setup automatically by our billing system so welcome email should reach your inbox within 30 minutes of signup. Windows accounts are setup manually so it takes 1 - 2 hours to send welcome email.
