Hi,
I'm thinking about moving my website hostings over from Memset, I have a cpanel mini-server set-up with them.
How long does a DEDICATED SERVER and a SEMI-DEDICATED SERVER take to set-up.

Hello Les,
It takes 20 minutes for setup of Semi Dedicated server.
we have some Dedicated Servers configured today so let me know what configuration you need. Hopefully you will get it within 30 minutes

Thanks for the fast reply.
All my website hostings are pointing to my own name servers..
NS1.ERBHOSTING.COM
NS2.ERBHOSTING.COM
After moving my website hostings over by cpanel backups can I keep the my name servers the same and just change the IP of the name server to the new DEDICATED SERVER IP's with you?
This is a silly question, but one I must ask.
My website hostings are doing great on Google at the monent and business is great. I know Google has blacklisted some web host (not you with your high page rank  and servers / data centers. But just for peace of mind your data center / servers are OK with Google?

Yep. You will be able to keep same servers but you will need to change IP address of your private nameservers to make them resolve from server that you will host with us.
Google has no issues with any of our servers and we hardly get any complaints for any of our servers hosted in our Server Farm. We never accept any sort of mass mailers nor we allow warez / serials / open proxy website hostings on our servers.
Even our shared hosting signups get filtered so you wont see any sort of complaints for any of our servers getting filled. If you take a look on servers of other hosts then you will see that most of the times their new signups start spamming and their servers get blacklisted. This is quite rare with our servers.

A few more questions.
1. The Dedicated server on your front page says 'Only £74.00 a Month' but when you try and sign up it says £89 per month.
2. Will you manage the server for me?
3. If I go for a semi dedicated in what is the RAM?

1. One which is listed for £74 has different CPU and the default one inside order wizard has got higher spec CPU. You can choose the £74 CPU from the drop down list.
2. All our Servers are fully managed so you wont need to bother for anything else besides creating your new accounts once you get new signups and paying your monthly invoice.
3. All our shared and semi dedicated servers getting filled right now have 8 GB RAM.

That Server is out of stock right now. It has been removed from Order wizard so you will need to wait for few days to get that one.
Right now we have E6320, x3210 and Q6600 in stock and some are already configured so we will need to install cpanel only if you choose any of this configurations.
As of now you can consider a Semi Dedicated plan and later you can consider any of this 3 servers. Even the E6320 Server is capable of hosting upto 500Website Hostings so if you don't need such configuration right now then its worth to wait for some time and then go for it.
Choice would be yours as I'll be more than happy if you consider a Dedicated Server in place of Semi Dedicated

Just a quick update. I moved all my cpanel website hostings over to my new dedicated server. All came accoss really nice!
So far I'm very very hapyy with wonderful support from Eukhost!!
The new server seems really fast as well.
I'm going to start changing the DNS over in a bit and hopefully all should be OK and not much downtime as I'm using the same name servers as my Memset miniserver.
