A few questions before I decide.

2/ If I upgrade from L-VPS-01 to L-VPS-02 or 03 will I have to change nameservers again?

Welcome to the Forum. I have answered all your questions below :-

We install the latest versions of the OS, PHP, MySQL etc on a VPS however you can specify the versions you require in the 'Comments' box at the time of sign up.

You won't need to change the nameservers if you upgrade to L-VPS-02 or L-VPS-03 plan.

Owner of webhosting.uk.com ( Shay ) and our company ( Robert King ) have been close friends before they started hosting business in 2001. Most of the plans and services offered are similar due to the relationship between owners of both companies but the Management and Finances of both companies are completely separate.

That could be a problem, I have just asked for a full refund from them for bad service and wasting my time, and that was just during the sign up and activation of account.

Please do not worry about that . As I mentioned earlier, the owners of both the companies are known to each other however the Management and company operations of both the companies are completely different so rest assured you won't face any problem.
