Google indexing ?

Hello I was setting up an account and come across the option google indexing + Setup: £15.00 ? what does this mean as surely its just a case of waiting for google to find your website hosting or you submit the url to google ? why does it cost £15 ?

We offer automatic indexing on Google. For instance if you didn't include this you would have to wait for a Google bot to index your website hosting, which may take longer. This is optional upon sign up.
