Which Host???
Hi eUKHost!
I'm letting the forum know, that as a Novice, I have given myself until December to decide:
* If I will actually make my own website hosting.
** If so, which hosting company I will be choosing.
To venture towards this decision, I have three guides (plus myself, which means I can change my mind at any time) in the form of three Webhosting Forums.
I will be quite straight and say that there is no business-plan in mind, just the intention to make a well informed beginners decision that has the chance to expand if it ever gets that far. If this may seem strange to the land of several email aliases, I can see no point in doing it any other way.
If nothing else, I feel sure I will learn a lot!!
Many thanks.

Well there are great beginners packages available such as the copper package on shared hosting for a very reasonable yearly price (22.99 a year) and that should more than cater for a beginners website hosting with the possibility of growth. Remember that at eUKhost you can upgrade and change to a different package any time that you like .
Hope that helps you with your decision and to the forums edjay .

EDit* Oooops, crossed post. This reply to DPS.
As an eUKHost fledgling, you are certainly well placed for expansion. All the best!

My apologies to edjay for going off topic.
David, your website hosting is still unavailable (to me), but notice you said elswehere "I sometimes get short downtime in the middle of the day but I think its more of a problem with the monitoring service as sometimes I have been on the net when I have had the email sent saying that the website hosting is unreachable but then I have tried to visit it and everything has been fine."

Where are you located? That might give me a better idea if there is a localised problem somewhere else. I am sure if I ask eUKhost they will confirm that all systems are go but it might be worth having a look into.

The link from my sig works fine for me. Maybe someone at eUKhost can confirm all is well with my website hosting at their end?
Thank you in advance
Also if there is anyone in the same area / another area maybe they could try visiting and seeing if the website hosting displays for them. It is still displaying correctly for me at the moment - I have even been working on it today .
