Give it a couple of hours between recieving the order/billing email and the hosting info email, as I believe the account has to be manually set up by someone.

Hello Torm,
Please let us know your domain name so we can check in our billing system and accordingly let you know the status of your account.

As I can see in our Billing system, the payment method you've selected is Check or M.O and we haven't yet received the payment for your order.
Please let me know the Transaction ID/Check no. through which you have made the payment for the order.

You have not paid the invoice so far so welcome email wont be sent to you by our billing system unless your outstanding balance is 0. You will need to login in our billing system with the information sent in signup email and pay the invoice online.

next payment will be due in 2008 but what about the first payment
Next payment will be due only when you pay first invoice. You can login in our billing system and pay first invoice.

so where was the first option to pay then there must be a bug or something as this was the only option i had, i have no credit or debit card so went for the statement and invoice option. The choices were debit/credit/ or statement/invoice sent to my home address to be paid via that, so i choose this one. It then confirmed and sent the email i posted above. No worries you must like i say have a bug on that particular page . If this is a problem then i cancel as have no other way of paying as this is what option i had as to why i choose this host

You can make the payment via check, Please log in to our billing system and click on the invoice number. On the top left of the invoice you'll see the address where you need to send the check payment to.

It is easy to obtain a debit card or a cheque book with your current bank account or by opening a bank account (which only requires £1) at your local bank.
Hopefully you will find a method suitable for both parties and are able to pay your invoice as I am sure you will not be disappointed by what eUKhost provides.
Also if you did this now to pay the money to eUKhost, you will find the debit card / cheque book very useful and handy in both online and offline life!
Hope that helps .

Its disapointing that you have not chosen eUKhost (as they are a great host!) and unfortunate that you have no way to settle the invoice. I am not sure whether there is anything more that can be done although you could contact sales@eukhost.com for more advice but I am unsure as to whether they can sort anything out for you (such as an alternate payment method) but you could ask.

As a general note for eukhost, it might be worth adding the payment methods accepted to the start of the order wizard. That way it's completely clear from the start what methods are accepted. Though personally I generally assume most online stuff is either paid by credit/debit card and without one you're somewhat nackered.

Yeah. We can have one additional image added in the footer of order wizard.

Eidolon i tend to agree with you on the payment options as it clearly stated for me to purchase before and pay at a later date. Anyhow after begging and going round different banks today hallelujah i have managed to acquire one taking my bankruptcy discharge with me all seems ok, i have to wait for my card and details then i can buy my package.I was really wanting to be with eUKhost as they had the best options. So i have cancelled with Cirtex and waiting for my card details before i can purchase my package. SDO hold on for me guys and as soon as my debit card comes through i will be making that payment for the package i so desperately need. Thanks to you all for your help and everything just waiting for the card now could take 7-10 days i have been told so will i have to redo all the order again or do i just go tot he online payment and do it form there thanks again

Your order is there in our billing system so all you need to do is login in our billing system and pay the invoice choosing "Pay Online" option. Your account will be automatically setup in 30 minutes once you pay the invoice.
