Hi,

I opened a VPS account yesterday and my login for the billing system shows my payment as completed.

Anyone know how long before I get login details for the server.

You should have got them yesterday. I suggest that you have a word with billing via live chat as they should be able to shed some light on the situation.

Have you got the login details Russell? Please let me know your email ID if you haven't received the login details.

Hello Russell,

Verification of your order was pending which has now been done. Your VPS order is in the set-up queue now and you shall receive the login details soon after set-up.

Billing just rang me as I was in livechat and confirmed the details.

The guy on the phone says the order will be sorted later today.
