Keeping SE Ranking

Assuming you had a very high ranking with Google, Yahoo, MSN etc, when changing over from a previous host to eUKhost, is there anything to do in a certain way to try to keep the ranking please ? Or would changing over have no effect at all ?

Well I don't think that you would need any thing to be changed ig you are moving to eUKhost. As all search engines cache and rank the site URLs and not the IP address. Your rank should be be affected unless all the pages of your site is accessible.

I'm not an expert either but as far as I'm aware, what Martin said is right. Changing servers should have no affect on the ranking providing the site content etc. is all the same on the new server.
