Looking for ASP.NET webhost
Hi, I'm looking for a new ASP.NET webhost as my previous host proved unreliable and I have a couple of questions regarding the Windows Copper package.
1. I've read through the information on the website and couple of posts on this forum, but I'm still not completely clear on the multiple-website capabilities of the hosting you offer, so I'll spell out exactly what I'm looking for (Sorry if I'm over simplifying it!)
I have 2 domains, let's say a.info and b.info. By spending £29.99 on one Windows Copper package, can I have both domains hosted with completely different content on each? What I mean to say is can I have multiple websites hosted, each with different content and have a.info direct to one load of content and b.info direct to another?
2. Assuming the above is possible, the website mentions that I can use PHP and ASP.NET hosting with a Windows Copper account. Are these mutually exclusive? For example, if I wanted to use ASP.NET 2.0 with a.info and PHP with b.info, would this be possible? Also, it is unlikely that I would want to do this, but would it be possible to have both ASP.NET and PHP functionality on one website?

Yes.
You can host a.info as well as b.info both with their individual contents and homepage. You have the option in your plsk control panel to add different domains under your account and you can either add the domains as addon domains or parked domains as per your choice.
ASP.NET and PHP donot cross each other and they run individually just like htm, html and php run on a linux server. Incase of Windows you have php, asp, asp.net, html, xml as well as jsp. All this extensions get added to your IIS record when your account is setup. Server find specified dll for each extension when it loads through the browser and request is received by IIS.

You will get the details in few minutes. Once you have those then make sure that you open ticket from http://support.eukhost.com to get technical support from our windows system admins.
Our staff members who are active on this forum have limited technical knowledge but those on our helpdesk are experts.

We have modified our hosting plans to include unlimited domains in all plans before 4 months. This knowledgebase articles were not modified in last couple of months so we are making a new knowledgebase with different layout. Work is going on and it should be completed before the end of coming week.

Welcome email has been sent to you. Windows Hosting accounts are setup manually so it took some time for activation of your account. Setup of windows accounts is done by our senior windows system admins only as Plesk control panel on windows leaves no scope for mistakes.

Thank you I think I've got most things up and running, I'll just have to wait for the DNS servers to catch up.
However, I'm not sure how to add a new domain, I assume I do this in Plesk? I've had a look, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious option to add a new one and in the "Permissions" section of Plesk, it says "Domain creation: No"? I've opened a support ticket on this issue, I'm just wondering if it could be cleared up here sooner.
