How can I contact billing as my emails are being bounced.

Please let me know the email address from which you are sending email to our billing department. I will check why your email is being bounced.

It's something weird parsing issue with our support help-desk board server, Alex P, Nick J and Rock are working on it to get that fixed. The support board should be up in some time....

Nope, that one just times out too... I just email your friendly support team instead.
