Default Mail delivery problem

I've just tried sending a message to sales <at> eukhost.com and it's bounced with the following message:

I sent it a second time having removed the company logo in case that was the problem. Is there a problem with your email system. I haven't had that reply from any other mails I've sent today.

There was an email parsing issue with our support help-desk board server last night, it has been fixed, Kindly please try to send an email and let me know still you are getting same error.
Kindly please pm me your email address so that I can check mail logs on the server.

As you may recall Alex, I am also getting the same problem. It seems I'm not the only one to have experienced it. I still can't send emails to any eukhost.com address without getting the above bounce back message. Its not my system at fault here!

So when you said in my ticket BFG-83859-760 on 17th Nov 2009:

Hello Simon,
As I told you before there are in any issue at your server, we do receive lots of mail to our @eukhost.com email address nobody has compliant regarding same

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further assistance.

Simon, I'm glad somebody else who reads this forum has the problem (nothing personal ).

Strangely enough, I've had the same problem again today and been advised to send the message via the eUKhost support page. Still awaiting a reply almost 3 hours later. Did Sales all go home early today?
