Ok im thinking about taking out a hosting plan ( Â£80 a year ) i think it was but before i sign upto anything id like to know from the users of eukhost what they think of the hosting.. over a period of 12 months ?

Have you had many connection problems ? and if so how many ? also if you had any problems how long did it take to get help to fix the problem ?

I need a good idea on how things run here before i can signup.

And id like it if non admins reply to this as im looking for honest opinions, not just admin saying we are great coz they want to spend my money

Well, for a start I am not an admin and have had a plan with eUKhost for 8 months in which I have had no connection problems that I can remember apart from one that lasted a couple of minutes - but that could have been caused by problems at my end or problems on the Internet in general.

Any problems I have had are normally solved within the hour of reporting them either through LiveChat or through opening a support ticket. The 24/7 support I have experienced here was even more than I hoped for - it really is 24hr and support are great at solving your problems and are dead friendly.

Have had experience of both the Linux shared hosting and dedicated servers and everything is top notch. It's the closest to perfect I have seen on the Internet and don't think you can go wrong with it.

I agree with that. If there have been any problems (and there have been very few) these have been sorted or you have been warned in advance. The servers recently were moved but everyone was given notice of this happening and it was done in the middle of the night (early hours of Saturday) when there would be minimum traffic.

Overall, Eukhost have been great. I have 3 accounts with them and am going to be getting a reseller account from them in the near future.

I think its clear from the fact that we have multiple accounts also shows how well we think of eUKhost.

I have a couple of accounts and 2 domains with eUKhost and couldn't be more pleased!

We wouldn't buy more accounts off eUKhost if the first ones we had bought hadn't been good would we?

Ive been with eukhost probably 6 years now ? I started with Host Heaven (Rob can tell when he set it up), and yes there is probs, up and downs but not so many downs with the servers. Every company will have downtime, its unavoidable. Its one of the cheapest places youre going to find, but service isnt cheap. I dont know of any Hosting companies that allow free Skype to their centers for support, its usually email only.

I currently host 7 website hostings and am doing a 8th real soon hopefully.

With most hosting companies you are fortunate if you get a email address that is actually checked!!! (more than once a week

).

well i need lots of space... im currently using 10 gig bw a month and about 6 gig webspace so i need something alittle bigger to put me on. Im waiting on word from one more hosting company then im going to compare both and see who can offer me the ebst deal. Im out to get what i can and thats what shopping is all about!
