I'm looking to find a new host as my current host (ASmallOrange) is getting worse and I have almost daily downtime. I currently have a Linux reseller account. If I were to move to you guys as you seem very popular how would I go about it as easily and painlessly as possible?

Hi Jamie,

You can order the Linux Reseller plan of your choice from our website. Once your account is setup, you can raise a ticket with our support department through eUKhost Helpdesk :: Shared Reseller VPS Dedicated Server Hosting Support with a migration request. You will need to provide your existing account information including control panel details in the ticket.

Our support department will take of data migration from there on.

jamie, you`ll be making a good choice,,, the linux techs know their stuff and support is excellent... coffee`s crap, but the support is good ... lol
