Hi

I have signed up for a hosting account this afternoon. How long does it take for my account to become active? Will I get a confirmation email with nameserver info in etc?

What platform... Windows or Linux?

Linux plans are set up automatically, Windows plns have to be setup manually, so if you have ordered Windows, wait for 1 - 2 hours after your order, then you should recieve your details.

Hello Lee,

Welcome email was sent to you within 30 minutes of your signup but it seems that you changed your email address from the billing section so that must have been a problem. I have resent the welcome email to you so please check and let me know.
