Reseller questions
Hi,
I am thinking about signing up to your Linux Standard Reseller account.
1. Do I have access to Edit or Delete DNS Zones for accounts I setup in the reseller WHM ?
2. When setting up new account, that have addon and parked domains, I normally login to cPanel and add them before changeing the Nameservers, will I be able to do that ?
3. I heard I get my own nameservers, are these setup automatically or do I have to request them ?
4. Do I get access to temp URL ie. [ servername.eukhost.com/~username ] ?

Answers:-
1. Well, I am not sure if EUK gives you access to Edit or Delete DNS Zones for accounts you setup in the reseller WHM. Let us wait for any EUK member to answer this.
2.It is definitely possible to add AddOn or Parked domains without pointing nameservers. However, it is not possible to access these AddOn or Parked domains without pointing nameservers to EUK.
3. Yes, EUK offers Private nameservers on Reseller hosting plan. You can check details here.
It cannot be an automatic setup, I guess. You will have to contact EUK and request them for Private Nameservers.
4. Yes, you get access to temporary URL. You can check the details through the below link:-

Yes certainly, you will get the access to edit or delete DNS Zones for the all the accounts that you create from the WHM DNS Functions menu as follows:
reseller WHM >> DNS function >> EDIT DNS
reseller WHM >> DNS function >> DELETE DNS
Please ensure that you select the appropriate options for making these changes.

You are welcome
That's great, you can also edit or delete DNS Zones. So, when are you planning to sign up with EUK?
@Dave Thank you, I learned one more concept today

You can surely have Private nameservers with our Reseller, VPS, Semi-dedicated and Dedicated server hosting packages
However, in order to register private nameservers, you will have to contact your domain name registrar. If you have your domains registered with EUKhost.com then you can contact the Billing department and register private nameservers for your domains
Also, if you wish to update the nameservers of your domains then you will have to contact your domain name registrar. Again, if the domain name is registered with EUKhost.com then you can contact the Billing department and update nameservers for your domains

Free eNom Domain Reseller Account
Hello Dave,
You would also get access to create new packages from WHM. You can set specific disk quota/ bandwidth for each single account. Amazing is that you can create UNLIMITED cPanel hosting accounts with the reseller package with respect to the allocated Disk Quota / Bandwidth for your account.
Account upgradation for reseller account is done in maximum 15 to 20 minutes after the payment is received & verified by Billing Department.
You are offered absolutely FREE eNom Reseller Domain Registration Account for registration of new domain names. You have the complete access to the new domain registrations i.e edit - whois contact info, name servers, lock / unlock domain, set auto-renew for domain renewals. You get access to approximately 128 domain TLD registration.
Isn't that a fantastic offer?

can I be refunded by Enom?
Hello,
can anyone help me with some problems that i have encountered by making a Enom account? I was trying to register a domain thru enom.com but i have made a mistake and chose a pricing plan of US$495 instead od US$9 for registering a domain. I have received an email from them where it says that i do have to fax them or email them some copies of my legal documents until the account will be registered.
My issue is that i want to cancel my order and be full refunded. Can anyone help me with some advices on how to get my money back on my account? also, i have checked at my bank and i was informed that my money are blocked but not delivered to enom account yet.
i am waiting an reply
thank you

Hi,
We can help you with this problem if you have taken the enom account through eUKhost. We cannot help if your account is directly registered with enom.

what!? geezum, wtf were you reading when you did that? I'd like to see this package... I mean, what does it even give you? Or did you buy a domain that was already there and someone was selling it. Like you were trying to buy a .net, but bought the already owned .com
