UK Web Hosting Support

For those of you wondering about EUK's support before you buy, here it is.

Ive been with them since they were Host Heaven years ago and their support has improved greatly.

If you connect with support via IM or chat they will generally have it fixed within 30 minutes, and if they cant, submit a ticket and its usually done within 24HRS. Cheap dosent mean cheap here anymore, id reccomend them to anbody with a budget.

Anybody have anything else to add ?

Our support has changed dramatically over the years from 1 member of staff (myself) back in the host heaven days to a staff base of 18.

We are also looking at ways to improve customer support and will provide the best possible support we are able to offer at all times.

Eukhost has been my choice since three years, if anyone asks that which hosting company is the best now , i would certainly recommend them for their excellent support and quality services.

I would also like to give EUKHost the thumbs up. I've been with 5 hosts and have been with EUKHost the longest now. Their support is spot on and always resolves issues within a more than reasonable time frame.
