Default Upgrade account ?

Hi all,
It looks like I'm going to want to upgrade one of my accounts from a Copper to Bronze as I need some more space due to the success of one of my forums.
So . . .
Who do I see about this ?
How long will the process take ?

[As usual I'm forwards planning, it will be a few weeks yet but it's always handy to know]

Whilst I'm here, I was reading in another topic about how some users can cause problems with their server by abusing their accounts. I worry because I have started and then deleted a few sub-domains whilst going through the learning process and wonder if this can cause any problems ? I really don't want my ignorance to mess things up for anyone !

I'd also like to thank Support again [this is really getting boring, sorry . . .] for cleaning up my accounts, well, more of a spring-clean really but sorely needed and done without any disturbance to me.

Thanks eUKHosts,
Jon

Hi Jon,

Upgrading is a no-hassle task. All you have to do is email the billing team i.e. billing[at]eukhost.com with your current plan name and the plan you wish to upgrade to. Yhey will send you an invoice accordingly. Upon the invoice being paid, your domain's plan will be upgraded. There is no downtime involved in this.

no matter whatever you do from your end, you will never manage to create any problems for the server you are hosted on. You are not that kind of customer to spam thousands of emails or try to run website like google.com on a shared hosting server.

We are here to help if you ever face any sort of problem. You can add and delete as many sub-domains you want.

As Mark said, absolutely no problem for the kind of sites and traffic you are getting. As for what you do through cPanel - I can't think of one thing that you would be doing with it which would even get near to causing a problems so play away .

Hi all,
Thanks for the advice on how to upgrade my account and thanks so much for the advice and re-assurance about my account and any possible damage I might do whilst learning how it all works !
You have really put my mind at rest and the learning process will be a lot easier knowing I won't cause any trouble for anyone.
I'd hate to think I'd given anyone a headache or extra work due to my 'fumbling' !
I know I keep saying it but I am so glad I chose eUKHosts and I look forwards to the day when I can take an advanced account with you and run it all for myself.
Thank you so much !
Jon
