Upgrade Reseller Account?

Hi,

I am looking at one of your reseller accounts - probably the Linux Standard, as I only have a few sites to host initially. I do anticipate a possibility of needing to host more sites later on - is it possible to upgrade to either the Advanced or Unlimited accounts relatively painlessly?

Thank you for your interest in our services. Upgrading to a higher account will be a seamless & no pains process. There wont be any downtime. Your account will also not change. Once you have paid for the upgrade, your account will be upgraded & an email will be sent.

Yes, you are able to upgrade your reseller plan painlessly and no downtime or data loss will be experienced. If the point comes that you are on the top reseller package and you need more resources then you will be able to upgrade to a VPS or dedicated server painlessly as well - as the senior admins will be able to copy all your data over without any loss.

As & when you need to go in for a VPS or a dedicated server, we will be moving the data first, then change the nameservers. During the process of migration, both your old & new accounts would be online. So there would be no downtime. Mails also wont be lost. DNS turonver time is very less (unless ofcourse your registrar plays hanky-panky in which case it might get delayed).
