Thanks for your input flesso. I guessed Interhost were cowboys when they could not even respond to my sales enquiry. Surly, even if your Windows skills are nothing to write home about you can make sure you can answer equerries and take orders!

I agree that the hosting package is worth the extra couple of pounds and I never questioned the credentials or skill of staff at EUKHOST. I was only quoting something that had been posted by the EUKHOST staff.

Just to clarify, I will be purchasing a VPS Hosting solution this month and unless Webhosting UK’s solution is higher spec for the same price or just cheaper, I will be buying from EUKHOST.

Thats ok. Leaving Interhost was probably the best thing I've ever done, it seems that they have got a new IP ranger for VPS Hosting's but it doesn't seem that big. I wonder if any of the admin's have read my article on Interhost, and if so, what do they think?

I read your post and I know what part they mismanaged. We had somewhat similar situation with our first subnet that got filled and then we were running short of IPs in that subnet but we decided not to add any more VPS Hosting on the nodes in that subnet. We setup new nodes with new subnets and now we have very proper IP management as we have experience of the first subnet. I wont like to comment much about Interhost as I've never used their service but you are the one's who have proper judgement of service of both companies.

I see what you mean by subnets filling up quickly. But not replying to sales tickets + support tickets also shows their dis-organisation, and also shows their poor level of customer care. They seem to have enough customers though, but I still don't get how one guy manages it all?!?

Anyway, I may get another VPS Hosting with you, since I'm heavily satisfied with my Windows VPS Hosting. You seemed to have entered the Windows VPS Hosting market very well, I will be happy to reccommend you to any friends, well anyone infact! Please pass my many thanks to Shane and the rest of the System Admins for setting up my VPS Hosting in the time frame that they did + under the circumstances (template installation going wrong), I would also like to thank you alot too Mark for all the support you have provided me with through these forums.

We've always believed in Team work as one man cannot run a 24x7 business. Our system admins have had harsh treatment when they did mistakes so now they know how to avoid mistakes.

Experience makes you perfect so hopefully interhost will also improve in long run. Lets not say anything bad about them anymore as he is trying establish his business and he may not have sound financial base to afford additional staff as of now. Everyone has to go through that phase as even Robert was himself running eUKhost in 2001 - 2002.
