Adult Content Hosting?

I already have an EUKHost account - and i run a niche webmaster directory.

I was however thinking recently of starting/hosting a new directory on my account - a directory that lists adult website hostings and content?

What is EUKHosts position on adult content and links? Is this allowed?

There's no problem with a directory that lists adult website hostings or content but you will need to ensure that everything remains legal. If we get notification of copyright violation or illegal content then you may have problems for your directory.

You will need to enable active moderation for the directory as many adult website hostings will try to spam your directory from the day 1.

Sure thats not a problem - ive been running my current none adult directory and had to contend with spam in the past; i can't see that spam will be an issue.

Presumably i am also ok to use suggestive imagery in the visual design of my directory or do you TOS not allow ****/adult imagery? If you do not allow this i would also obviously have to restrict any adult banner advertiser as well...

We have no problems with Adult Images as well. We dont check website hostings of our customers untill and unless they ask us to do so or someone else informs us to do so.

We go through detailed investigation process if we ever get complaints about any website hostings hosted on our servers and in case of customers fault we give them 24 - 48 hours time to get rid of abusive content or take the website hosting elsewhere.
