Question Been emailed an invoice for £0.00??

Hi,

Got in from nightshift this morning to find I've been sent an invoice and a payment receipt for the invoice from EUK, for the amount of £0.00?.

The invoice number was #42302.

Just a bit confused as to what this is?.

Is it maybe something to do with the Moderbill switchover to WHMCS - test invoice emails or something?.

Thanks.

I kinda thought it would be something to do with the switchover, but just wanted to double check.

I bought the hosting on the 1st of the month, then invoiced on the 30th, now the 29th

Invoices are generated before they are due to give you time to pay them - this is for your benefit as well as eUKhosts. This is the policy for every customer and always has been. It is also the policy of every web hosting provider that I have ever come into contact with.

If you believe there is an error on the invoice then I suggest you contact the Billing department. Either billing@eukhost.com or LiveChat on the main eUKhost website hosting.

There is a new billing system in place and it is quite possible there has been an error which will easily be rectified the second that you contact them if there is indeed an error.
