Default Billing info login not working?

Hi.

Quick question.

Is there something wrong with the billing info login just now?.

I just tried to access it via the usual address of:-

https://www.eukhost.com/mb/

.....and login, but all that does is takes me to :-

UK Web Hosting - Cheap Windows Linux cPanel Shared Reseller Web Hosting in UK

Strange.

Any reason why the link that has been working perfectly fine up until now, seems to change on its own to the main EUK web page?.

Needed to check a few things in my billing area, bit of a pain, really.

Thanks.

Just had a dig around the forums and I assume this is something to do with the modernbill switchover?.

How can I check my billing and domain details now its gone ( or is going? ).

Is there the possibility that someone can post a link to whatever billing system login is being used now?.

Many thanks.

Hi

The billing system has been migrated to WHMCS.

New link: eUKhost LTD - Support

The links on the main eUK website hosting will be updated shortly.

I noticed this yesterday but also assumed it was due to the WHMCS switchover. Thanks for the updated link Tom .

Hi,

You can login to the new WHMCS system with your old username and password, and will be able to see and manage your existing website hosting packages. You should have received an email earlier today regarding the move, but it looks like you may not have received it.

Another thing to point out about the move, not all the files are there so some of the links which aren't in the client area don't work fully!

Weird.

Looking through my domains in it, some are missing, even though they are still registered to me and active?.

I'd suggest that you contact billing through live chat on the main website hosting, or through 'billing [at] eukhost.com' - they should be able to get your domains back for you.

We have tried to keep the move as seamless and hassle free as possible and also have been successful in doing so. There are a few small hitches which will be sorted out soom. YOu all will notice the additional features and also experience an ease in managing your accounts.

It also helps us to manage things in a better and more organised manner

A nice looking system. It might have been a nice idea to redirect the billing.eukhost etc to the new system - rather than have my links break. :P
Also, as mentioned some links do not work - the server-status link doesn't work, nor many of those links in that part of the list.
A much better looking system though.

We are dealing with many post migration things. Some of our Billing staff members have not been much comfortable till now which has resulted in response time getting slower for Billing tickets.

We will take care of server setup addon once we get back to our routine work.

Are there still teething problems with the new support system? Trying to log in on the new support page, with the same details as on the old system, gives ERROR: Login invalid.
