Hi,

Support tickets are still being handled via the external helpdesk system as normal, which is located at support.eukhost.com. The new system is for billing only.

I'm only a forum gremlin (moderator), and do not work for eUKhost in any way. Opinions expressed by me are mine only, and do not reflect those of either eUKhost or any company that may be listed above.

I don't bite, honest.

I don't think that I've been very clear saying what the problem is, which is my fault.

When logging in to create a ticket I used to go to https://www.eukhost.com/mb/ and created and managed tickets there. Now I need to go to eUKhost Helpdesk :: Shared Reseller VPS Hosting Dedicated Server Hosting Support. I see there is a form to create a ticket there which will be fine but I can't log in to view My Ticket History or any of the other options.

Before hassling eUKHost I wanted to be sure that this isn't a temporary problem. If it isn't I will create a ticket as suggested.

Hi,

Any tickets that you have created in the previous billing system would have been imported to the new one, so if you want to view any previous tickets you will need to get your login details confirmed with the billing department.

You will be able to create new tickets from the new billing system, although I highly suggest that you use the main helpdesk as you will be guaranteed a faster response time than through the billing system helpdesk. If you want to save the history and view the history of any tickets that you have opened through the helpdesk, you will first need to sign up to it using the registration form.

Aha! I needed to re-register my account before I could use the new system. I have done so and now see the past ticket history. Thanks!

It might be an idea for eUKHost to email customers to ask them to re-register on the new system otherwise I'm not sure that they would know that that's needed.
