Cancellation

Hi there,

I have sent 2 e-mail over the past 4 weeks or so asking you to cancel my account, i have not recieved a reply to any of the e-mails.

I am recieving billing notices about my account been overdue, i will not pay for a service i asked to be terminated.

EUKHost have been fantastic, i am only cancelling because i do not need a VPS Hosting anymore.

Please can you resolve this issue as my e-mails dont seem to be resolving it.

Hello Daniel,

I was able to find a ticket that you had submitted on 12th Jan and you mentioned that you wish to cancel your VPS Hosting at the end of month. Ken replied to your ticket and he had asked if you had any specific reason for cancelation. You never replied to that ticket and the cancelation request was not processed.

If you have active paypal subscription then please cancel it. I will ask someone to terminate your VPS Hosting once you reply to CEI-98591-581. You can reply to this ticket from http://support.eukhost.com. Please don't open ticket from the billing system as we don't monitor helpdesk available in our billing system.
