If my Linux dedicated server freeze, can I remote reboot it via a web interface ?

Nope. IMO, you cannot do that. The best option in this is contact eUKhost support staff through Live Chat or by placing a ticket.

You can call us and our phone support staff will get your server rebooted immediately. You can also come on livechat or open a ticket.

You may not face such problem as our servers are fully managed and our monitoring system immediately notifies our support team about any problems with servers. We also setup certain scripts of server for load management and security of servers.

lol. how will your WHM work if the server goes offline ?

Remote Reboot switch allows you to power-cycle your server from a remote location. Its quite similar to a normal switches we have at home but this one can be used from a remote location from a web interface.

lol, I just assumed that the server would become unavailable for a few minutes while it rebooted and then you would be able to access WHM again!!

It makes logical sense in my head!!
